Hosted by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, OBIE Awards recognize excellence and achievement in new construction, marketing, remodeling and personal achievement in the new home building industry.
Ashton Woods received awards in five categories, including Sales Team of the Year, Best Building Design, Best Interior Merchandising, Community of the Year and Best Amenity Package, with a total count of 11 awards distributed among seven communities.
